You are responsible for how reports are used in your organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree not to:

misuse the platform.

input unlawful or harmful content.

attempt to disrupt the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all generated reports before using or sharing them.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before use.

SafePilot assists with documentation and does not replace competent safety review, legal advice, professional judgement, or regulatory compliance obligations.

SafePilot provides documentation assistance only and does not replace professional safety, legal, or compliance review.

SafePilot does not guarantee any compliance outcome or safety result.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

SafePilot is provided "as is".

We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the platform.
