Overview

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Refund request requirements

Refund requests should include:

the email used during purchase

the Paddle transaction/order number

the reason for the request

2. Subscription cancellations

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically generate prorated refunds for unused time.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.

4. Refund and billing support
